We all know about them and have even used them at least once in our life time. The hard thing is when you're living the lie. So, now it is the truth. You're not sure how you got there, when you made the wrong turn, because you believed everything was going right a.k.a. the way you thought you wanted it to. The thing is having the the truth reveled to you and accepting it as it is. Not twisting and turning it so you feel better about yourself. But facing the facts of how life really is and who is really to blame for the predicament that you're in. IT'S YOU!!!
Not even joking. If you don't like the situation that you're in simply get out of it. "Easier said than done," is what you're telling me. But it's true. If you don't like the truth, that's YOU'RE FAULT, not mine. If you're unhappy with your job, life, family, DO SOMETHING about it. The only person you can change is YOU!!! Go figure! Maybe you need to be a little bit more open minded and see the bigger picture. Perhaps you need to change a habit of YOU have (i.e. drinking, smoking, calling people names, swearing.) Yes, you may need to change something that you see as so small and insignificant, but the TRUTH of the matter is it's HURTING SOMEONE ELSE!!! You're thinking, "They should change their attitude about it." But guess what you CAN NOT CHANGE THEM!!! Change yourself instead. Who knows, maybe you'll find that what you were doing was stupid, uncool, disgusting, or whatever, but you'll be happier. First things first, take responsibility for your own actions, to a point no one can make you do anything. But until then, anything that you are doing is your own fault, deal with it. Second, be honest with yourself. Are you doing things to fit in or are you doing things because they are what YOU WANT. If you don't have a desire for it in the first place or you're just doing it to be cool, in control, be different, or because you're being rebellious 'cause you can't get what you want, you then are literally lying to yourself and therefore will end up being unhappy and miserable for the rest of your life. I'm not one to deny you such a fate. Heck, if you want it feel free to do so, but remember you're only miserable, because you want to be.

Fear
I have many fears. What do I do with them? Ignore them, fight them, find something positive about my fears. Kinda odd I know, but that's how I deal with them.
One of my biggest fears is my past creeping up on me and ruining my life. It has come close on occasion, but has not damaged anything that did not repair itself.
One thing I have come to find is that some things are not needed to be told to everyone you know. And other things very few care about, while others are going to end up as gossip and are blown out of per portions because people embellish the story to make it more dramatic and interesting.
Best thing to do is to keep things secret. The only way things get spread are by word of mouth. What better way to keep your reputation clean than to keep secret, than by keeping your own mouth shut? By doing so, your reputation is a clean as you show others what you do.
